PROCESSING TIME

Orders will be processed and shipped 24-48 hours after being placed. You will receive an automated email with your tracking information for your order. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update. USPS shipping normally delivers in 1-5 business days. You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at check-out when placing your order. If you need to change your address - please email sales@thesassyrack.com.

Orders cannot be canceled or changed after being placed.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Holidays may cause slight delays in packages being delivered. The Sassy Rack is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by the mail carriers and will not refund shipping charges if the shipping carrier does not meet their guaranteed shipping times. USPS first class mail takes 2-7 business days to receive. If you need your items sooner, please choose another shipping option.

UNDELIVERABLE/MISSING PACKAGE

The Sassy Rack is not responsible for lost or stolen packages - please contact USPS directly with any issues. You are responsible for entering the correct address for delivery.  If any package is returned, you are responsible for the shipping fees.
