Refund policy
RETURN POLICY:
We hope you love everything you purchase from us, but we understand that some items may not work out. We will gladly accept your return under the following circumstances:
- Orders are eligible for return within 10 days for store credit only.
- Online orders must be mailed back to the address below to provide proof of delivery. Please send items back to us using a carrier that provides a tracking number. We are not responsible for items lost in transit to us.

- Items must be unworn and unwashed.
- Any items with deodorant stains, makeup stains, pet hair, perfume odor, or smoke will be returned to you.

Please note: Items purchased with a coupon code of 25% or more, sale items, doorbuster items, and bralettes or bramis are FINAL SALE. Other items listed as FINAL SALE are also not returnable.Â
- The return process is based upon receipt of order. Items are tracked and recorded once delivered.Â
- Items must be postmarked within 10 days from the date the item was delivered for store credit only.Â
- Any return that doesn't fit into these guidelines will be sent back to the customer.Â
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 5 business days. You will then be issued a store credit for the price of the item and any applicable taxes.
- Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your order is damaged, all claims must be made within 48 hours from the date you received the item. If we do not receive notification within 2 days, the order will be rejected from receiving store credit.
CANCELLATIONS:Â
There is no guarantee we can cancel your order once it has been submitted, but will do our best to accommodate our customers. PLEASE double check your order before checking out.Â
DEFECTIVE ITEM PROCESS:Â
- Please take a picture of the damaged item and send to sales@thesassyrack.com. Please include order number in email.
- If you receive the wrong order, please contact us ASAP.
- Please follow care instructions on tag. We are not responsible for clothing after it has been washed/worn. We recommend turning garment inside out and hand washing or using gentle cycle.
